ABSTRACT

This study aims to analyze some particular aspects of the concept Justice Independency, beginning with theinconsistency that exponents of the system of justice in Romania show in relations with the political actors,depending on the nationality of the latter, noting the reluctance and hostility towards Romanian political actors inopposition to the excessive readiness and openness to the diplomatic foreign political actors in Romania.The study also reported, with arguments, the risk that the activities targeted to defense of the independence ofjustice can be (in fact it actually is in a largely manner in the present) diverted from its protective purpose, whichis required to be applied and therefore perceived, not as a protection only for the judge and for the system ofwhich he forms part, but also in line with the general public interest and...
