Abstract

The Law no. Legea nr. 165/2013 does not condition the method of calculating the time limits provided by Art. 33 para. (1) a), b) and c) and para. (2), respectively by Art. 35 para. (2) upon the moment when the entitled person has become aware of the circumstance regarding the number of undergoing notifications at a particular entity and, on the other hand, the centralized statement of notifications existing at county level is published periodically on the website of the National Agency for Restitution of the Property, broken down for each local council in that county.
