ABSTRACT

The Collective Labour Agreements concluded at sector level or at the level group of companieshave a comprehensive legal framework regarding the collective bargaining, the registration and the effects they have, enshrined in Law on social dialogue no. 62/2011.

However, in practice, the registration of certain collective labour agreements has caused legal controversy, for instance the registration of the Collective Labour Agreement no. 59419/04 decembrie 2015 at Sector Level "Public Utility Services. Waste Management, Decontamination Activities and Environmental Protection" - 2013 - 2014.
