The provisions of Article 95 under the Government Emergency Ordinance No. 50/2010 set forth that, in the case of ongoing credit agreements, the creditors are bound, within 90 days as of the Emergency Ordinance’s effective date, to ensure compliance of the Agreement with the provisions thereof, through the conclusion of Addenda with the consumers.
