Abstract

Although the concept of "legal costs" includes both the costs incurred by State, and those made by the parties, the costs of proceedings due to State shall not be confused with the civil compensation related to the legal costs incurred by the parties and which may be challenged according to art. 600 of the Code of criminal procedure.
