Considerations on the right of access to public places from the perspective of legislation on combating and penalising all forms of discrimination

Abstract

One of the issues that not only materialises in scientific research, but affects Romanian society as a whole, concerns the exercise of the right of access to public spaces. There are different categories of people who have been banned from public places and who have turned to the National Council for Combating Discrimination to solve the problems they have faced.
