Abstract

The technical and administrative measure of the annulment of the driving license does not operate of right (at the time when the conviction solution remains final), however it is ordered by the relevant authority (other than the judicial body which delivered the solution in the criminal proceedings) after a procedure laid down in the Regulation implementing the G.E.O. no. 195/2002 (Art. 203) and shall be communicated to the holder of the driving license at his residence address, within maximum 5 business days (precisely to be notified about the action taken).
