Abstract

The Court did not consider the allegation of the appellant according to which the second appeal was communicated to the court on 5 January 2015, by email, as long as such a communication has not given a certified date to the second appeal.

Even if the allegation might be real regarding the date of dispatch of the second appeal, it is found that the dispatch of the second appeal by the addresser was made at 4:08 PM, after closing times of the court, so that the second appeal could not be received by the court during the normal working hours.

Rezumat

Curtea nu a luat în considerare susţinerea recurentei potrivit căreia recursul a fost comunicat tribunalului la data de 5 ianuarie 2015, prin poştă electronică, câtă vreme o astfel de comunicare nu a dat dată certă recursului.

Chiar dacă poate fi reală susţinerea cu privire la data expedierii...
