Abstract

The person requesting legal assistance free of charge shall prove that he/she is classified into one of the categories of creditors laid down in art. 13 paragraph (1) of Law no. 36/2012. In the case he/she is not classified into any of the expressly and imitatively indicated categories, the provisions of art. 13 paragraph (2) of Law no. 36/2012 shall become applicable, which condition the granting of the benefit on the fulfilment of the requirements laid down in art. 8 or art. 8¹ of the G.E.O. no. 51/2008.
