ABSTRACT

In this study, the author aims to analyse several defining particularities of housing law and the legal relationships related to the access, use, management, and protection of housing spaces, with the goal of ensuring balance between the rights and obligations of the parties involved, as well as guaranteeing equitable access to housing. In this context, the study demonstrates that the rules of housing law have the ability to directly influence the quality of legal relationships between individuals, which are connected to the economic development of a society and the strengthening of social cohesion.
