Abstract
The parish is a legal entity of private law and public utility, canonically, legally, administratively and financially subordinated to the Diocesan Centre. The parish is led by a parish priest appointed by the diocesan bishop. It is the administrator of all movable and immovable parish property together with the Parish Council, under the control of the Diocesan Centre.
