Challenges in administrative disputes

Abstract

As a consequence of the specific nature of the legal relationships under administrative law, which are subject to the court in the administrative dispute procedure, the means of challenge, the second appeal and the revision, present particularities in relation to the common law regulation.

Aspects of speed in administrative litigation are the regulation of the second appeal against the first instance decision, as well as the provision of a short time limit for the exercise of review, in both cases aspects that may affect the procedural situation of the parties involved in the proceedings.
