Aspects of law enforcement jurisdiction of the European Convention in relation to arbitration

The arbitral judgment hasn’t been object of some frequent decisions or resolutions of the European Convention jurisdiction. This situation can be explained through two reasons at least: the conventional compound of arbitration influences upon numerous aspects referring to arbitration judgment; many of the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights concerning the judgment in courts can adequately be applied to the arbitral judgment, too. However, we believe that some decisions or resolutions referring straightly to the arbitral judgment are relevant on certain accounts and therefore they deserve to be taken into consideration.
