abstract

Discrimination is a permanent act to which most of us are used. One of the most serious forms of discrimination concerns employment, as this activity is usually the basic source of livelihood for most people.

Discrimination against employees affects not only individuals treated differently from others, but also their families. As a result, discrimination in the workplace has a huge social impact that will have long-term negative consequences for the economic development of a country.

It is important to emphasize that the workplace can be a place of harmonious relations between employees, but it may also be a hostile/conflict environment based on their different treatment, which ultimately affects the quality of work.
