Abstract

The contested issue in this case is represented by the establishment of the date on which the provisions of art. 19 of Appendix VI to Law no. 153/2017 become effective, precisely of the fact whether the respective provision became or not effective on 1 July 2017.

The hereinabove note is indicated in Appendix no. VI to Law no. 153/2017 governing the remuneration within the family holding budgetary positions “defence, public order and national security".
