ABSTRACT

The current issue of environmental law faces great challenges that it must face. Pollution in all its complex forms, climate change with its suite of extreme weather phenomena, the decrease in biodiversity, are only part of the great problems of the planet that affect all fields of activity. In this context, the relationship between environmental law and labor law has become increasingly evident due to the need to protect the workforce affected by global warming, chemical pollution, ultraviolet pollution, constant exposure to heat, humidity, precipitation, frost. The newest discipline, climate law, completes this legal link between the environment and labor relations.
