Abstract

Similar experience for the rehabilitation and modernization of road infrastructure necessarily involves the carrying out of a previous activity of design, execution and intervention on roads in a similar category of functionality, road traffic, traffic safety, and the application of similar technical norms.

Participation of the person proposed as project manager in the performance of a previous contract for the design and execution of a forest road does not prove an adequate level of experience capable to provide the quality standard required to achieve the object of the contract for the rehabilitation and modernization of road infrastructure referred to in Art. 178 of the Law no. 98/2016.
