Accessories for the NUASS fund contribution in the absence of an agreement between CAS and the person who realizes incomes from independent activities

Regulating the right to be informed (Article 222 of Law no. 95/2006) is intended to ensure transparency of the health insurance system and does not support the obligation of the health insurance funds to inform the insured of the data and reports on the extent of their own personal contribution and payment arrangements, ex officio or in the absence of a request from the taxpayer.

If it were considered as such, provision contained in Art. 257, paragraph 1, paragraph 2 b) and paragraph 5 b) would remain inoperative, since the payment obligation would arise only after informing the taxpayer.
