ABSTRACT

The peace, that state in which no type of conflicts can be found, felt both individually and collectively, socially, is closely related to the balance of social relations, contributing to the harmonious development of the human being, being even an important factor of happiness. It cannot be obtained without the awareness of the active role and involvement of the individual in such a setting.

To be motivated towards this type of behavior, the individual needs to feel fully respected, to perceive and to appropriate the benefits of belonging to the proximity social environment, but also to the society as a whole, to know the state’s concern in substantially and effectively guaranteeing its fundamental rights and freedoms.
