ABSTRACT

The New Code for Civil Procedure - Law Nr. 134/2010 - became effective beginning with the 15th of February 2013. It represents a wide legislative reform witch highly impacts the judiciary system. The purpose of the following study is to present some observations and to underline some aspects regarding the influence of the legal procedure on labor conflicts' resolutions by considering the regulations of the New Code for Civil Procedure.

Public summoning is considered to have an exception character because of the fact that the Law Maker is describing in a limitative manner the situations in which the respondent's summoning is done.
