Abstract

The changed philosophy of concepts in the Romanian Criminal Law generated a lot of cases of legislative inconsistences. This article will analyze the correllations between the postponement of penalty enforcement consequences, the crime of driving under the influence and the administrative measures undertaken by the authorities in order to ensure a proportionate suspension of the right to drive certain vehicles.
