Abstract

Article III para. (2) of Law no. 169/1997 shall regulate the institutions entitled to rely on the nullity of the documents issued in breach of the provisions of Law on the land resources no. 18/1991, Law no. 1/2000 regarding the restoration of the ownership right for agricultural and forest land, as subsequently amended and supplemented - for the cases indicated in Article III para. (1) of Law no. 169/1997.

According to Art. 1 para. (3) of Law no. 340/2004, "The Prefect is the guarantor of complying with the law and public order locally".

In accordance with Article 33 of the Code of Civil Procedure, "The interest should be determined, legitimate, personal, born and current....
