Abstract

Taking into consideration the fact that Admission of Guilt Agreement represents one of the main innovations introduced by the new Criminal Code of Procedure, the author aims to analyze how this institution has been implemented in our legal system.

Because it is a new institution in Romanian criminal trial, we will try a detailed analysis of the main issues which have created non-unitary interpretations.

Last but not least, we will try to reflect the particularities of this institution through jurisprudence.

Rezumat

Având în vedere faptul că Acordul de recunoaştere a vinovăţiei reprezintă una dintre marile inovaţii aduse de noul Cod de procedură penală, autorul îşi propune să analizeze modul în care a fost implementată această instituţie în sistemul nostru de drept.
